Good Morning,

We are sending this email to commend your staff on their friendliness and professionalism.
 
We were referred to your lab by an oral surgeon a day after having a regular x-ray at his office, apparently we required a 3D x-ray. On Aug 25 we arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and were greeted immediately. The administrator (Jasmine we found out later) was prepared, efficient and explained the forms/process.
 
The x-ray technician, I believe her name is Danielle was very friendly and explained every step of the x-rays. Not only was she proficient in her job, she was also conscientious of my needs, questions and comfort.
 
At a time where people say quality of service is at a low, it really was a breath of fresh air entering your lab. Not only were we treated respectfully, we left feeling valued and like we'd want to come back.
 
In closing, we would like to say in our opinion this was "Customer Service" at is finest.
